1. Colorful flowers can have a positive impact on homebuyers. Plant
a mix of colors and types to create a positive "Curb Appeal".
2. Bright colors
like marigolds,impatients, pansies, petunias or snapdragons
are some low cost flowers to work with.
3. Plant in flower boxes or pots so you have the flexibility
to move the plants
around, creating a different setting from week to week.
4. Use plant food once every two weeks and water daily as needed.
5. Plant early, so you don't have to wait weeks for a great-looking result.

property value changes based on some other index (like the CPI) which is, at best, an estimate. The resulting numbers can be wrong
by 20% or more, which we believe is far too wrong to be valuable.
