Home Inspection Issues: points to consider ...


Unless you are a licensed contractor, licensed engineer, licensed plumber or licensed electrician chances are you do not posses all of the knowledge and tools to conduct a complete home inspection.

This does not mean that you can not complete a through inspection of your property, but if you have question regarding an item of differed maintenance or of structural integrity call in the appropriate professional.
When we do not feel well, we go to the doctor. When are teeth hurt we go to the dentist. So when your property is "sick" call the appropriate professional to help bring it back to health. But be careful. As in all cases when a professional is sought, get referrals.

And remember the old adage, "You get what you pay for"
